Experience:
We are looking for a skilled National Key Account Manager to build up the relationship of the company with its most important clients and partners. You will be answerable for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their needs.
An ideal candidate will be apt in building active relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to analyze needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute by sustaining and growing our organization to achieve long term success.
Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients and partners.
Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
Acting as the lead point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Supervising the account teams assigned to every key client.
Communicating and collaborating with the domestic stakeholders to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and qualifying customised solutions.
Leading review & Sync-up meetings with the clients and partners.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting settled deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
Qualifications:
MBA graduate from top B-School
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management
Mandatory understanding of Business and ways to grow business
Ability to handle multiple accounts

Healthcare Companies, Health Insurance brokers, SaaS companies
