National Account Manager


Your Job

Our National Accounts Sales teams build deep partnerships with the country’s largest administration and their agencies to develop hiring solutions. They help major companies expand their businesses, hire more effectively and grow their administration brand.


National Sales Account Managers (NAMs) assist large enterprise organizations effectively manage their online recruitment plan with Indeed. NAMs are responsible for promoting and advocating Indeed’s differing suite of products and services so their clients can effectively and efficiently hire at scale. The impact NAMs have should not be understated, as they can possibly help thousands of people get jobs.


As a NAM, you’re well versed in Indeed’s suite of products and are able to articulate the value proposition against a client’s hiring needs by positioning, bundling and handling any objections presented by leading level contacts. The ability to craft a narrative based on data is vital to separate our products and stand out above the competition. You have the capacity and sales acumen to manage and grow a book of business of big touch enterprise accounts with up to seven figure investment with Indeed, are appropriate presenting to audiences of up to 20 people, and autonomously engage with day-to-day management and leading level managers in Talent Attraction and Human Resources departments.


This is a fully remote position, with onsite visits to client’s offices required up to 40-50% of the time once work navigation is approved.


Responsibilities:

Drive growth by promoting and sell Indeed products & services

Oversee and handle large, complex, high visibility and strategic enterprise accounts

Create new accounts and expanding existing accounts

Oversee face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone

Act as a legit advisor to your clients, share insights, and continually identify revenue opportunities within with an entire organization

Inspect and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in an enterprise field sales environment

Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories through consulting and solution based selling

Understands how to tragically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations

Ability to work under burden, organize and prioritize responsibilities

Ability to travel up to 40%- 50% of the time

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range means the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range recorded is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-special benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

India 1,400,000 - 3,200,000 INR per year
